Welcome to Prints for Keeps. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Prints for Keeps. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Prints for Keeps. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

You must be 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian to order.

2. Custom Orders

Our products are handmade and personalized using the photos you upload.

By submitting a photo, you confirm that:

You own the rights or have permission to use the image.
The photo is clear and high enough quality for printing.
All spelling, names, and design choices are correct before checkout.

We are not responsible for low-quality images or customer errors.

3. Processing Times

All shipping and pickup orders placed online require 2–3 business days for processing before they are ready or shipped.

Processing begins once payment is received and your photo is successfully uploaded.

4. Market & Event Orders (On-the-Spot Magnets)

When placing an order at a market, pop-up, or in-person event, your magnets are created on the spot.

Most orders are ready for pickup within minutes (typically 5–10 minutes depending on volume).
Customers must remain at or return to the booth to pick up their order.
Market orders are considered final sale once the magnet has been created.
If you do not pick up your completed magnet before the end of the event, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

5. Shipping & Local Pickup (Online Orders)

Shipping Orders

Shipped via USPS or similar carriers.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
A tracking number is provided once shipped.
We are not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or incorrect customer addresses.

Local Pickup Orders

Require 2–3 business days processing.
You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification when your order is complete.
Please wait for confirmation before arriving.

6. No Returns, No Refunds

Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

If your online order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve the issue.

Market/event orders must be inspected at pickup and are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and may change at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

We may refuse service if fraud or misuse is suspected.

8. Product Accuracy

We strive to display accurate colors, images, and descriptions. Because items are handmade, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to update or correct product information at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, images, descriptions, and graphics belong to Prints for Keeps and may not be used without permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos but grant us permission to print them solely to fulfill your order.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Upload copyrighted, offensive, or illegal images
Commit fraud or misuse our site
Interfere with the website’s functionality
Violate any laws or regulations

We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate or unauthorized activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prints for Keeps is not liable for:

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages after shipment
Customer-uploaded photo quality issues
Incorrect order details provided by the customer
Missed pickups at market events
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Use of our products and website is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use our site means you accept the updated version.
